Our state-of-the-art facility means we can offer fitness classes (both individual and in a group setting); a cardio area (including many popular and effective machines like rowing machines, stationary exercise bikes, elliptical trainers and treadmill); personal training (our expert certified trainers can help you craft a unique workout plan and offer training/fitness/nutrition/health advice to help you get in shape or lose weight).
The main workout area consists of free weights including dumbbells and barbells, as well as cables and other machines to help you maximize your time and workout.
Monday - Thursday: 5:00am - 10:00pm
Friday: 5:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Our fitness center is the place to be for those looking at the different types of fitness classes (zumba, dance, step aerobics, as well as classes geared for weight loss). Classes are included with membership, which gives you access to new options for cardio and strength, high intensity training, dance, as well as friendly motivation from peers and trainers.
Group fitness classes offer lots of different options including zumba, aerobics, yoga, high intensity, low impact, boxing or dance, as well kettlebell classes. You can also choose between cardio kickboxing, Pilates, and Insanity.
Exercises like pilates help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. In addition, the variety of exercises offered in a group fitness class will help create muscle confusion, which keeps your body guessing and ramps up your metabolism.
