Our programs are progressive, competitive and inclusive. We are ready for athletes of all ages from youth athletes as young as 8 years old to the mature years of adulthood.

Our large, state-of-the-art facility includes over 10,000 sq. ft of space including 50 yards of turf, free weights, rest and recovery room and more, giving TPC athletes unique options in our sports performance programs that you won’t be able to get anywhere else.


By sharing our space with Carle Health & Fitness Center and Carle McLean County Orthopedics, we are able to provide a full continuum of care to the athletes including nutrition, injury prevention and rehabilitation and more.

Whether you strive to become a professional athlete or simply want to stay in shape and be the best high school athlete you can be, our job is to help you get to where you want to go. This includes a level of trust and relationship with both athlete and parents or coach.  

The athlete experience in TPC is an integral approach to helping athletes learn the mental fortitude it takes to reach their maximum potential through sports training. This includes the utilization of concepts like discipline, teamwork/leadership, and perseverance.

YOUTH TRAINING

The Training and Performance Center uses a proven approach to improve the speed, strength and agility of your athlete. Our Performance Coaches are specifically trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level appropriate training techniques and guidance that set a foundation for good lifetime habits.

Our Adult Training Programs provide fast-paced, dynamic training with coach-led motivation.  Join our fitness community to meet friends, have fun and get in the best shape of your life.  Our programs are designed for people of all skill levels and fitness levels.
