About the event
In partnership with Keg Grove Brewing Company, join us every other Saturday throughout the summer for a 40-minute fun, outdoor workout followed by a refreshing beverage! This trainer-led functional fitness class, which takes place in the KGB parking lot, will incorporate minimal equipment and body-weight exercises to increase your overall fitness. Intensity levels are guided by you with options provided for each exercise. All fitness levels are welcome to participate.
There will be varying formats, a variety of instructors and fun themes each week!
*Inclement Weather: In case of inclement weather, Bootcamp & Brews will move indoors at KGBC.
Price: $12/session; $60 for the whole series!
Price includes a certified trainer-led fitness class & 1 Keg Grove Brewing beverage of choice (you will receive a token which can be redeemed the same day or saved for a future visit)
