About the event
Join us for 4 days of land workouts plus a water workout!
Learn how to run, cut, and change direction efficiently on the soccer pitch. Athletes will learn:
- Proper arm action when running
- Proper weight shifting for effective cutting
- Proper deceleration technique to prevent injuries
- Maintaining a low or manageable center of gravity when changing direction
- Effective leg recovery to get up the pitch faster
