How do I enroll my athlete?
The easiest way to get your athlete enrolled is by stopping into the Center at 1111 Trinity Lane Suite 120 Bloomington, IL. You can also fill out this form, and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
How do I know what program is right for my athlete?
Our Youth Performance Training programs are age-specific. Your athlete will join the program based on their current age as follows:
Performance Academy - Ages 15+
Total Performance - Ages 12 - 15
Jump Start - Ages 8 - 11
This sounds like the right choice, but I'm just not sure if we're ready to sign up. Now what?
We're glad that you are interested in maximizing the potential of your athlete but completely understand if you're not ready to sign up just yet. We gladly provide an opportunity for your athlete to try a class for FREE! You can call us at (309) 433-WELL or fill out this form to get started.
What times are the programs offered?
Our schedule changes periodically throughout the year to accommodate school schedules, etc. You can view our current program schedule HERE.
Do I need to sign a waiver for my athlete?
Yes. We do require a signed waiver to be on file before your athlete is enrolled in any programs or attends a free session. You can download a copy of the waiver HERE. Your athlete can bring it with them on their first visit.
What is the cost for Youth Performance Training?
There are a variety of Youth Performance Training programs, and pricing varies by age and session options
You can select from 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week
Jump Start, Total Performance and In-Season Performance Academy sessions are 60 minutes
Off-Season Performance Academy sessions are 90 minutes
What is the Youth Evaluation process?

What type of athlete will Youth Performance Training benefit?
Our Youth Performance Training is perfect for all athletes! While there are many programs that focus on sport-specific training, our program will improve your athletes speed, strength and confidence. This helps them to excel both on and off the field!
What if we are unable to make a class time?
Our programs allow you flexibility in planning. You can choose the days/times and number of training days (2, 3 or 4 per week) that best fit with your schedule. With our "flex pass" you can easily adjust a day here and there if you have a conflict.
How do we sign up for Team Training?
If you are interested in having the entire team train together, have your coach reach out to us at (309) 433-9355. We can train at TPC or on-site at a location of your choosing.
Can we sign up with friends or neighbors?
Working out is always more fun with a friend, and we encourage your athlete to get teammates, neighbors and siblings to join! Small Group Training is also available where we will set up a time specifically for your group. Contact us at (309) 433-9355 to learn more about our small group options.
Do you have a referral program?
YES! You can refer a member to join TPC and earn $25 off your next months dues when they join and mention your name upon registration. At certain times we have additional special offers. Stop by the Member Service Desk to learn more!
Are there discounts for Carle Health & Fitness Center members?
Absolutely! We are happy to provide discounted pricing for both adult and youth training options to Carle Health & Fitness Center members. The discounts depend on current membership, so please contact us to (309) 433-9355 to discuss your membership and training options.
