Football players, listen up! The most crucial time of the year is just around the corner, and you need to be prepared! That's right, summer is essential for you to work on your strength, injury prevention, speed, agility, position-specific drills, and conditioning. And where's the best place to get it all done? TPC, of course!
We are the premier place for strength and conditioning for all sports and all ages. But when it comes to football, we know our stuff! Our sports performance manager, Lou Hernandez has worked as a football strength and conditioning coach at some of the best universities in the country, including NY Jets, Florida Gators, and UNC Chapel Hill. He has even produced many NFL draft picks, including nine first-rounders!
Our team of coaches are not only credentialed but former high school and college athletes themselves. In fact, Coach Jonathan played college football and has recently earned his Masters in Sports Psychology for IWU. Together, our coaches make a dynamic team that is ready to help you take your game to the next level.
8-week Program runs June 5th - July 27th
Choose your schedule: 2x/week ($129/mo); 3x/week ($149/mo)
Athletes 8 to 11: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 12 pm to 1 pm
Athletes 12 - 14: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 1 pm to 2 pm
