Recommended for all overhead athletes

Our healthy shoulders program will keep your athlete healthy and playing for a long time! To accomplish this, we have put together a program for overhead athletes to help improve strength, flexibility, and mobility of the shoulders and trunk as well as teach proper recovery methods.

Each one of our healthy shoulders program sessions is run by one of our well-qualified sports performance coaches and utilizes many different research-based methods, including the Crossover Symmetry systems, to ensure our athletes get the most out of each session.

Program cost: $105/month (includes two 30-minute sessions per week)

Join any time! The program runs now through February 2023.

Choose your sport:

  • Baseball/Softball - Mondays and Thursdays at Double Play LLC at 6:30 pm or 7:00 pm

  • Volleyball, Swimming, Tennis - Tuesdays and Thursdays at TPC at 6:00 pm
