Jonathan Young

Sports Performance Coach

"I am Mississippi born & raised and a Southern boy to the core. I lettered in football, baseball and basketball in high school, but ultimately chose to play football in college. I played at East Central Community College and the University of West Alabama where I completed my undergraduate degree. I also played rugby a year
while at the University of Louisville.

 

Sports is Jonathan's life and increasing performance (with an emphasis on Mental Performance) is his passion. Jonathan is an advocate of mental health. His goal is to use his education
and experience to help athletes of all ages learn to balance sports with their other aspects of life in a healthy & sustainable way.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys hunting, fishing, singing, working out, playing pick up games, hanging with his dog Kali, watching sports and traveling. He is a huge Ole Miss fan, but also loves the Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Pelicans, and Atlanta Braves.
