Olympic weightlifting clinic
Recommended for athletes ages 15+

Learn the Olympic lifts like the clean and jerk, snatch and all the auxiliary exercises from these movements to improve your power, speed, and explosiveness. Great for anyone interested in improving the exercises for CrossFit, high school or college athletics or winning a gold medal in the Olympics!
Each session runs Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from noon to 1 pm:
Session 1: June 19-23 at 12 PM. Cost: $60
Session 2: June 26-30 at 12 PM. Cost: $60
Session 3: July 10-14 at 12 PM. Cost: $60
Session 4: July 17-21 at 12 PM. Cost: $60
Session 5: July 24-28 at 12 PM. Cost: $60
Open to all 15 years +. Olympic movement is a skill that takes continuous development. Athletes can take multiple sessions for additional benefit.
