Monday 3/27 - Friday 3/31 11 am - 12 pm

Join us for 4 land workouts in the Training and Performance Center plus a water workout in the Carle Health & Fitness Center Hydrotherapy Pool.

Learn proper running technique and perform explosive exercises to improve speed on the field. Athletes will learn:

 

  • Proper arm action when running

  • Achieving a desired body angle

  • Creating a positive shin angle

  • Effective leg recovery

Join us for 4 land workouts in the Training and Performance Center plus a water workout in the Carle Health & Fitness Center Hydrotherapy Pool.

  • Achieving a desired body angle

  • Understanding a good starting position when stealing base

  • Effective leg recovery

What are the ages for the clinics?
Clinics are open to all athletes ages 1
1-15.
*You do not need to be a TPC/CHFC athlete to participate


What is the cost?
 $49/athlete*
*Cost is per clinic. You may sign up for both clinics.


What if my athlete is not a soccer or baseball/softball player?
ANY athlete can sign up for the clinics. Many of the skills and movements taught in the clinics are applicable to any sport including basketball, volleyball, hockey, and others. You may sign up for both clinics or pick the dates that work best for your schedule.

What should I do while my athlete is attending the clinic?
Feel free to drop your child off and pick them up when they are done or get a free week trial pass to Carle Health & Fitness Center and get a workout in! You can also have a seat at our tabled TPC waiting area and connect to wi-fi if you need to get some work done.
