Recommended for athletes ages 12+
Are you ready to master the skills of speed and crush your strength goals? This session is a serious commitment to your athletic future. Two full hours of training! One full hour of movement prep, mobility work and speed drills, followed by a full hour of strength training.
We see a lot of incredibly talented athletes in this group, from high school and college students to professional athletes. Moving from junior high to high school, or high school to college, or college to the professional level, requires a coach who understands the demands and expectations of the next level. We assign our most experienced coach for this group because they must possess the knowledge required to be successful in this transition and understand the demands of sports-specific training.
