Recommended for athletes ages 12 - 15
Learn the foundational skills necessary to become a successful athlete. Total Performance sessions are 60 minutes long and are perfect for middle school to early high school athletes. Through the use of our signature speed and strength training methods, we use advanced techniques from those learned in Jump Start.
Speed fundamentals are more detailed, and athletes begin to master the form in powerlifts, Olympic lifts and sports-specific exercises. Total Performance classes utilize the most up-to-date research on safe practices and injury prevention. The addition of more linear and multidirectional speed training will challenge young athletes and prepare them for their athletic performances.
