Advanced Athletes ages 15+

Off Season Performance Academy sessions are 90 minutes long  and are ideal for high school athletes wanting a competitive advantage over their competition. We use an individualized approach to developing both physical and mental skills necessary to excel in a specific sport.  Advanced level strategies are utilized to sharpen a strong athletic foundation into optimal functionality.

In-Season Performance Academy are 60 minutes long and will keep your athlete fast, strong, and mobile during the sports season. Performing strength workouts 2-3 times per week helps prevent the drop-off in strength and speed that happens when an athlete returns to sport.



Athletes ages 12+

For the athletes who are ready to master the skills of speed and crush their strength goals, this session is a serious commitment to their athletic future. One full hour of mobility work and speed drills, followed by a full hour of strength training.

Athletes ages 12 - 15

Total Performance sessions are 60 minutes long and are perfect for the middle school to early high school athlete. We use our signature speed and strength training methods to teach athletes the foundational skills necessary to become a successful athlete.

Athletes ages 8 - 11

Jump Start sessions are 60 minutes long and are a must for any athlete who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will set them up for long term success. This program develops athlete’s coordination and body awareness by introducing them to skills of speed and strength training at an early age. While our speed and strength training methods are serious, they are done in a fun and friendly environment, ensuring that the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.

Our healthy shoulders program will keep your athlete healthy and playing for a long time! To accomplish this, we have put together a program for overhead athletes to help improve strength, flexibility, and mobility of the shoulders and trunk as well as teach proper recovery methods. 
Each one of our healthy shoulders program sessions is run by one of our well-qualified sports performance coaches and utilizes many different research-based methods, including the Crossover Symmetry systems, to ensure our athletes get the most out of each session.

Personal training is individualized for your athlete and their goals. Whether your athlete wants to make the team, improve performance in their sport, or needs help recovering from an injury, we have a dedicated and caring training staff that will help them every step of the way.

The Youth Athlete Evaluation is mandatory for every athlete who enters one of our Youth Training programs. An athlete's current level of ability is essential to recommending programming, creating goals, and monitoring progress. After the evaluation, a TPC Coach will review the results and select the appropriate program that fits the athlete’s needs. 

Evaluations last approximately one hour and must be scheduled in advance.   Re-evaluations are available upon request after 3 continuous months of training or at the exit of the program.
